In the most unlikely situations you may wish to return the product, for replacement or refund.

If you have received the product damaged or broken


- The first thing to do in a situation like this is contacting us via telephone on 0115 824-8283 or via email on info@petfixdesigns.co.uk.
- We may ask you send the whole product back, or the just the broken part.

Unacceptable conditions


- If the product smells.
- If the posts had been scratched by a cat, kitten or any other animal.
- Damage to the product by the costumer.

If the product got broken or damaged within 3 years after purchase.


- You must contact us before making any returns.
- We may ask you to send the whole product or just the broken or damaged part back to us.
- You will need to complete the guarantee card see the guarantee process documentation for more information about this process.

30 days from purchase


You’re welcome to return any product within 30 days of purchase.
There are conditions the product need to comply.

Acceptable conditions


The product has to be in the same condition as you received it.
The product has to be returned in the original packing, and with the original documentations and accessories.
Buyer to pay return postage.
